How to Use
Cut and clean 1 kg chicken. Mix 50g PepeBBQ Peri Peri Chicken Mix with 150g thick curd. Marinate for 1–4 hours. Place the chicken in a grill basket and cook for 10–12 minutes on low flame, flipping sides in between. Serve hot with lemon, kuboos/pita bread, mayonnaise, and veggies.
